Which bar was this may I ask?
The Hobgoblin advert was in both the Blubell inn and the Wagon and Horses both in York, The God Lager was from Waitrose, Otley
After doing a bit of digging and the positive responses God Lager receives to flavour maybe I aught to try this again without having anything before it ! Maybe the sip of the wifes Boston Lager by Samuel Adams was enough to throw my palate ?
