I found my Brewing Days slowly ground to a stuttering halt, I wasn’t drinking the beer quickly enough and came to a halt after a rather nice strong Belgian oxidised after being stored for 6-8 months in a cornie. After research it turns out the o rings let oxygen through. I bought some low2 (yellow) o rings intending to try again but non brewing events put eveything on hold ! Primarily late in 2024 after putting our property on the market and accepting an offer in late March there was a stressful stuttering ‘are we aren’t we’ going to exchange , we finally exchanged and completed and moved house in one day mid November !

The garage at the new house was planned to be the new ‘Shedquarters’ but due to health events out of my control this is on hold and unlikely to be a brewing space until mid 2026. I hope to start again with very small size batches and plan to go back, initially to bottling !
