Starting the evening off with an Asahi Black , It’s Quite a sweet malty beer found in Waitrose of all places … Nice

After spraying anti mold solution in the bathroom this nice little import just hit the spot. A honey golden brew served cold

Maybe I shouldn’t have had this after the Kernel Brewery’s Imperial Brown Stout (10.1%) it just paled into insignificance. I think I need to try it on it’s own next time 🙂

This isn’t in the 1001 beers book and I’m not sure why not !! 6.9% of that nice distinctive American hoppy taste !

Hmmm not sure if this one should be on the blog says Stiegl beir on the front label and Stiegl Goldbrau on the back label. Very nice midweek after diner beer 🙂

Had this one many times over the years. Very pleasant ale ( imbibed midweek but just now posting it)

Smoother and sweeter than the Chocolate stout by the Brooklyn Brewery. Subtly different to the BlackSheep Imperial Russian Stout but still as nice

This has a very long dry bitter after taste good to drink on a warm summers day with the paper on hand

A very nice flowery hoppy taste. Very easy to drink 😉

Very nice dark chocolate taste, I wish I had found this whilst we were out in the USA in April
